DWR 100 and DWR 200 are a series of semi-automatic dispensers of self-adhesive labels on rolls. Designed for industrial environments, they are completely made of steel, simple to use, versatile for every type of label normally in use. Available in versions with label widths up to 100mm or 200mm. The reel holder, adaptable to any internal core, accepts reels up to 300 mm in diameter and therefore allows great working autonomy.

In the DWR 100 F and DWR 200 F versions, the label is read using two sensors managed by the microprocessor which work in self-learning, automatically recognizing the difference in transparency between the label and the backing paper and presenting the label on the blade. of detachment, almost completely detached. By picking up the label, the next one comes out automatically. The control board also allows you to stop the rotation of the motor when the reel is finished or in the event of paper breakage, signaling the anomaly with an audible signal. Powered by 230 V or 115 V on request, they do not require a separate power supply.

For the use of transparent labels, the DWR 100 M and DWR 200 M versions are available, where an electromechanical sensor detects the difference in thickness between the label and the silicone paper with extreme precision.

Optional for all models is a pre-selection electronic counter with progressive counting of labels dispensed or regressive with stopping label dispensing once the set number has been reached.

Using the battery version allows you to work, depending on the size of the label and the sampling frequency, for approximately 5 hours without electricity. It does not require an external battery charger as the battery charger is on board the control board: simply leave it powered by the mains to recharge it.
