DWR ROUND è un distributore semiautomatico per l’applicazione di etichette autoadesive su prodotti cilindrici. È disponibile nella versione con larghezza massima di etichetta di 200 mm o 300 mm. e dotato di un porta bobine che accetta bobine di diametro massimo 300 mm. garantendo una grande autonomia di lavoro.

 

L’elettronica è sviluppata su una monoscheda realizzata con tecnologia SMD. Utilizza un microprocessore a 32 Bit. L’interfaccia utente avviene tramite display LCD a due linee di 40 caratteri e 7 tasti funzione. Il software permette di memorizzare sino a 40 differenti programmi di lavoro inserendo nel programma tutte le informazioni dell’etichetta e del tipo di applicazione rendendo il cambio formato estremamente rapido.

Labels are detected using a fork photocell, which reads the transparency; an ultrasound sensor which reads the thickness is available for when transparent labels are used.
DWR ROUND can apply wraparound or front/back labels, even of different dimensions positioned on the same reel. DWR ROUND can even apply labels in phase by reading a coloured notch on the product or a previously applied label, for example..

 

DWR ROUND can also be equipped with an inkjet marker with HP technology for printing variable data such as date and time, barcodes and text with a maximum height of 12.7 mm, a resolution of 300 dpi and speed synchronised with the label supply speed.
