The Wide Range solution for the fishing sector
WR FEEDER 250 is one of the Wide Range proposals for leafing through and marking plastic bags used in the fishing sector to preserve small-sized fish such as anchovies, sardines or anchovies with an inkjet printer.
With the possibility of loading up to 300 mm in the magazine located at the back of the feeder (extendable to 600 mm), this solution allows you to leaf through these particularly difficult envelopes even at speeds of around 30 m/min continuously thanks to the provision of a sensor minimum load which stops the sheet feeder if the envelopes loaded in the warehouse fall below the number set by the operator.
The browsing operation can also take place « on demand ». There is also the possibility of adding an alarm column to better signal the emptying of the warehouse.
A small investment that allows you to reduce production times, obtaining an effective result with a perfectly peeled and printed finished product. A solution that can also be integrated into automated and connected production lines. Once leafed through, in fact, the envelope can be placed on a conveyor belt which sends it to other processes or more simply it can be collected in a manual or motorized collector.
