WR FEEDER 250 is one of most interesting proposals made by Wide Range, that let customers feed and print with ink jet technology over plastic bags used in fishing farm, to store small fishes such as anchovies, sardines or anchovies.
This solution, thanks to a large warehouse behind the FEEDER up to 300 mm but also extendable up to 600 mm, allows the feeding of these particularly shaped bags at a very high speed around 30 m / min.
The operator can choose whether to feed the products continuously or on demand and the machine will never be empty, thanks to the presence of a minimum load sensor that stops the FEEDER in the event that the bags loaded in the warehouse fall below the number set by the operator. The machine can be equipped with an alarm column to better signal the emptying of the warehouse.
A small amount of money that allows customer to reduce production times, obtaining an effective result with a perfectly finished product. This is a solution easily integrated in automated and connected production lines. Once fed, the bag can be placed over a conveyor to be sent to other processes or simply it can be collected in a manual or motorized stacker.
